They engage in polite and friendly conversation and they keep me educated on my car and what my needs may or may not be. I don’t feel like they’re pushing sales people Because I’m a woman! I would have loved it if I was given prices as soon as I told them what I was there for. It wasn't until later in the visit that that was mentioned. It's not like I would have left (unless it was an insanely high price), but it's nice to know for sure what to expect. There were a lot of services offered, but we were in a time crunch, so offering them was a waste of time since we couldn't do those things that day even if we wanted to. Better to ask a customer's time frame up front and then shift to just mentioning the potential services they might need/be interested in on the next visit.
