He explained the pricing and the type of oil my car needed. Aaron and Will each came to my window and said hello after they changed the oil. Will introduced himself as the store manager and greeted me with a big smile. There was another tech in the service area, but I wasn't able to see his name on his uniform because he was assisting with another car that pulled in.This Valvoline service station was clean, fast, efficient, and the guys had me on my way within 15 minutes.Thank you for a great experience!

I have honestly never had a bad experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff is always very welcoming and never too pushy. A lot of other places tend to “prey” on women since they are considered to know nothing about cars which is far from the truth, but never once have I felt obligated by the staff to buy something I could not afford at the moment.
