I left a review on google detailing the experience as follows: Excellent customer service! I stopped by yesterday after 5 PM on a very hot afternoon. The place was pretty busy, so I waited in my car for one of the bays to open up. My A/C is pretty busted so I was dying in 90 degree heat with no help from my car. As my turn comes, I am sweating my @$$ off, and Chris gets me set up in the bay and offers me to take a seat in the A/C indoors and grabbed me a cup of ice water as they take care of the oil change. Everything went smooth and quick, and I will definitely be back!

The manager could have shown better judgment after showing him that the banner he’s representing had online discounts. Yes he explained that the special was at a different location but he could have proposed an appreciation discount or something similar. I didn’t feel my Buisness was appreciated. He was polite and courteous as was everyone I interacted with.
