Customer service at this site used to be exceptional. I had 2 vehicles oil changed this week, both times I had to remind them to check tire inflation, update the vehicle information message from “change oil soon” and please give me the windshield sticker showing when to change the oil again.Was a bit disappointed at the drop in courtesy and professionalism from the staff. It’s fortunate that this outlet is connected to a gas station, convenience store and car wash, as there is a Jiffy Lube just down the street (117 avenue)

I heard one make a comment to take their time and not accept any more vehicles. I have been to this location before and the customer service was wonderful, noticed all staff members to be new and not very responsible.
