The pull in experience was kind of awkward and lacked positivity and friendliness. The staff was friendly but not friendly if that makes sense. They just jumped straight into business before saying hi or bye or something. I felt like one of the workers didn't even want to be there which he made obvious and then the other crew member just yelled a few things to another crew member while looking at me the whole time kind of weird. I was able to find a coupon and recommendation online for this place but it was still overpriced if you ask me and the service was not as happy and wonderful as the person who recommended said it would be. As soon as i left there I drove past a place that had a wayyyy better deal for a full synthetic oil change and if I hadn't been in dire need of an oil change I would of looked around more. I won't being going back, I'd rather book an appointment and wait to be seen and save more money.

They did not check the lights (brake, signals, etc.) and the windshield water reservoir was not filled... This was certainly my 3rd visit (I believe) and I can say the overall servicing quality was not up to par... Will I come back? Not sure.
