Tech dripped steering fluid in car. They started disassembling glove box to check air filter without consent. Air filter price was double what I expected. When he opened the car door he chipped some paint on the railing.

I had been contacting this location since last week asking about the 10w30 oil for my vehicle and had asked to be transferred to the Clermont store. Instead of being transferred, I was told by the representative at the call center, Kim, that she could check Clermont's inventory and that they DID NOT have the 10w30 oil that I was requesting. I was on my way to the Winter Garden location, which is 20 minutes further away from my home when I happened to stop by Clermont, only to find out that they did, in fact, have the 10w30 oil that I was told by Kim that they did not have. Mind you, I had been calling since last week, a total of 3 calls! I understand that this is not the recommended oil for my vehicle and I explained that to her but it was almost as if she took it personally and just chose to lie or not even check with Clermont for their inventory. I am just glad that I chose to stop before driving out of my way unnecessarily.

I felt severely ripped off for the price of the cabin air filter. I was not told the price of the cabin air filter ( I agreed to) until the end and after it was installed. I would not have purchased it if I knew the price. (My fault for not asking beforehand so i didnt argue it). It was not difficult to install and is not a highly priced item to purchase elsewhere.

The wait times just to get in are extremely unacceptable. You call yourself an instant oil change but the wait times anywhere else with an appointment would be much faster. I took a number and left the parking lot to walk my dog in the shade and they had something to say about leaving the parking lot. Come up with a better system. You are no longer an instant oil change when wait times are this long. Allow people to reserve times online to help speed this process up or give a ticket with a return time so people can do things in the area while they wait. Like they would do at a restaurant or any other service place. Having people wait in their cars in Florida in the heat where they'll have to keep their car running the whole time and waste gas is unacceptable. And since you don't have waiting rooms, there is no alternative. You charge twice as much for an oil change as any other place but it's no faster and there is no benefit to sitting in the car with no AC on while someone works on your car. Get over yourselves

Received oil change. tire rotation , radiator flush and transmission fluid change. When I went to leave and pulled out into traffic my car all but came to a stop. Luckily I pulled off the road without incident. It took nearly 10 minutes for me to get my car back to the Valvoline center. I explained that I had just received service and that there was an issue. I was told to get in line and wait my turn. I asked for the manager. He came out and told me that no matter the issue I would have to get back in line! I told the manager that I did not feel this was providing good customer service. Again I was told there was no way my vehicle would be looked at without waiting my turn. I waited 45 minutes before waited on. The manager himself raised my hood, looked inside and told me that a sensor had not been plugged back in. He plugged it in and everything worked! I could have accepted the fact that a mistake was made by Valvolinebut I feel that the situation was not handled properly.I waited 45 minutes to be told in less than 2 minutes that Valvoline had not done their job properly!!
