Took an hour. and I only waited 10 minutes to get in. Staff yelling at each other across the bays. Never sure if they were talking to me or not. Said he checked my tire pressure , not sure if he did.Felt like i was watching a movie not involved in the process.

I went to your store, different location first, after asking them to check if they had a filter so I don’t waste time, it took them over 30 minutes to get back to me with the info they do not have a filter they need for my car. I went back to my old neighborhood Valvoline. First thing I asked was about the filter because you never have one for my car. They said they would check after they started working on my car. They did not check my tires, they did not check my lights, they didn’t have neither oil or air filter but they went across the street to get it. They googled how to cancel my oil notification. They are a group of young people who were loud and having fun completely ignoring work. That day it took me over 2 hours to get your “5 min “ oil change. There was an amazing team working that location before. Now, i will never return.
