I was serviced this visit for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately during my tire rotation my lug nut was cross threaded. I was not informed of this issue even though my window was down and I was previously communicating with employees. All valvoline employees purposefully avoided speaking to me to alert me of this issue (names I can recall include Danny, Anthony) until I became confrontational and opened the car door to ask a worker not even involved in the situation to what was going on as I could tell there was an issue. The employee (Danny) tried to state that it was not their fault however this is the only location I have ever had my tires rotated at. She stated “oh okay I’ll be right back” however failed to return to speak to me or offer any sort of apology for the situation, blame of this visit, or last or any compensation. I’m highly dissatisfied with the customer service and communication from workers I received during this visit.
