I have been coming to valvoline for over 25 years and at this specific location I came here twice to get an oil change and both times they haven’t tightened the bottom cover for the engine. It was loose and falling off and scraping the floor while I drive. Very disappointing and caused damages to my car. I had to go to the dealer to buy a new part for the car which was more expenses.

I appreciate that because I was in a rush and already was thinking I hope they don’t try to sell me unnecessary things for my vehicle or take up time to check stuff I never asked to check.
