They should have asked me for my name and contact information before changing the oil, because I received an invoice with a previous customer's name on it. I also wish my mechanic was more knowledgeable about Priuses, since they are so common nowadays. Thankfully, another one was able to help quickly.

Just came from my local Valvoline instant oil change in New Britain CT. I have used this location for over ten years but today they let me down. They failed to do all the things promised and I am baffled as to why. They did not check tire pressures until I called them back in from waving me out. All 4 tires were low. The serviceman did not know how to reset the oil change warning light. I took 5 mins off fiddling till he found it on my F150 ( most common vehicle in America) the headlight blinker check rook 3 seconds with only two people?? I was never asked to step on the brakes?? He only put coolant in the reservoir on my insistence. Knowing this how is it that I can know any of the services I paid for have been done? Chet Schwalenberg.
