The CSR Mikylah was very rude and short since we pulled in and left, not our first encounter with her at this Valvoline as we’ve brought other cars here. She did not have good customer service and huffed and puffed when she couldn’t hear us speak, never looked at us while speaking and very very rude tone of voice. She would hand us our card back and receipt without looking at us or speaking so we didn’t have a clue she was giving it back she just held it there and seemed annoyed the whole time. We felt like an inconvenience to her job and will not pull back through if she is there.

I understand this is an auto service industry, but an interaction with a CSR that is rude, unhelpful, and all-out challenging to the customer is unacceptable.
