They should have told me the price of the windshield wipers and allowed me to decide if I wanted them or not. They said they would inspect my tires and wipers and let me know. The next thing I knew they were putting on the new wipers without saying anything to me. Experience was great other then that miscommunication.

This is the third consecutive visit at which I received mediocre service. I had to ask for tire pressure, light checks, and transmission fluid check this time. I was not offered a printed receipt. When I asked for the Regional Manager's contact information, I was told that "I am not at liberty to provide that". I have filed a complaint with corporate, so we will see what happens at that level. Drop your customer service, and I will find someone who appreciates my business.
