This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this location. Most recently I had an oil change and the oil in the gearbox changed. When I got home printed the receipt.I used a coupon which gave me a $19.00 discount but was charged for a extra quart of oil at $22.00 which I’ve never have been charged in the past whether I went to Valvoline, grease monk or anywhere else. I guess that’s why the send receipts on email not offer customers a paper one so that they won’t notice that they’re getting screwed till they’re long gone from the area.
