I'm not sure if all the fluids etc were really checked. has to ask for tire pressure to be checked. received a receipt for another vehicle. There were lots of staff members and they were very friendly but I didn't feel like they were paying attention to the job or had the appropriate job knowledge.

I would like to have been told pricing before I drove in to be serviced. I would prefer to wait in waiting room. It was stressful and cold to be in garage. There were difficulties in re-setting my dashboard/computer. I was told I had an Audi but I have a BMW. It took about 25 minutes for the actual service. I usually pay about $100 for service and this was $160 even with a $10 coupon.

Only complaint was that they forgot to reset my maintenance required due to need in an oil change. But he walked me through it over phone. I found out late that didn’t work, but was able to google it. Otherwise everything was great!

I have a custom drip pan on my Jeep which can be confusing. The staff at the Edwards location didn’t skip a beat. And they remember me, so if someone new when I come in, the rest of the staff walk the new employees how to service my Jeep correctly. Everyone is always incredibly kind, efficient and fast!
