I’ve been here many times over the past 15 years and never had a bad experience. It was all new faces today and it was an unorganized mess. They had me pull into lane 1 behind a Chevy Traverse where I sat for over an hour as 3 cars who came after me were serviced thru lane 2. When i waved over an employee and told him he said “oh you were here before them?”. That’s all he said. Not “i’m sorry” or “i’ll have the people in lane 2 back up and get you in right away”. Completely unacceptable. When they were finally done completely rebuilding the Traverse apparently, i pulled into the service bay and told that guy what happened. He also did not care. Not one apology. Your new employees need some serious customer service training.

When I got home, I had oil dripping from under my truck. When they took the oil filter off, they dump oil on my frame and steering rods. Also the guy check the oil from top, dripped oil on the engine in 3 spots. I watch him, did not use a rag uder tip stick. I've been coming to the shop for years. I know they can do a cleaner job.
