The staff mentioned I was due for a tire rotation based on their records. I agreed to doing the tire rotation because the $39.99 was a fair price and I was already there, so why not do it.However, the staff ended up not being able to do the tire rotation because they did not have the proper equipment to complete the service. It was slightly disappointing that I was not able to get the tire rotation done as I'll most likely need to make another trip to a different shop to get the service completed.

The customer service was disappointing, I believe the lady manager that was there moved recently and she used to always make us feel welcome and confident that we we’re getting the best service for our car and she would always make sure we got accommodated if we had an online coupon to bring the price down a bit. Anyway this time around, I had a 20%off coupon but the gentleman working there said he couldn’t adjust it. I am pretty disappointed and think it was handled poorly. Thank you for the interest in my feedback.
