I was informed and showed that my K&N air filter needed to be clean/replaced. I told staff that I would take care of it at home. They placed the air filter back in the air intake box. Upon being home and beginning to clean & oil the K&N filter as discussed. I opened my hood to find that the tech that removed and reinstalled the K&N filter, broke and stripped some of the screws for my air intake box and now it cannot be closed. I would like that be replaced.
