I hate the over bearing UPSELL! Its too much, and makes me not trust anything you recommend. And I don't want to be trapped in the car while you do the service and upsell, upsell UPSELL.I replaced my own cabin and engine air filters and the service techs were almost disdainful . They could not believe it.

I wasn’t told the price upfront but more importantly when I presented a coupon, the price didn’t change. In other words, the price I was shown before I told him I had a coupon was the same price I paid after I presented the coupon. I believe the base price was simply adjusted upwards after I presented the coupon.
