I had an oil change at Valvoline on March 18th. This past Monday (April 8th) when I was coming home from work my skid plate came undone. I took my car to Valvoline and Tony the manager was extremely helpful and apologized for my skid plate from coming undone. The work was done very quickly and Tony came over again apologize. Tony went above and beyond and due to this you have a customer who not only will recommend this store to my family and friends but will take my cars to this store whenever I need an oil change. Due to Tony you have made a customer for life!!

On my receipt it does not mark that they did certain things that they told me verbally they did do such as check my tires and refilled my windshield wiper fluid.
