The gentleman that guided my vehicle into the bay was very nice and helpful. I am a military veteran and have a few medical issues one being hearing loss. He was more than willing to repeat requests to me and did not look bothered anytime I asked him to. The other staff working in the engine compartment and underneath were friendly as well. He also mentioned that Valvoline offered military discounts to all veterans on all services for my vehicle. My wife and I appreciated the whole staff's patience and attentiveness to us and our vehicles needs. Thank you Valvoline! We will be back over and over again.
