I came in due to my skid plate dragging, they were very kind and let me know they would take a look to see if they could reattach it. They were able to reattach it and get me on my way. My hope for this kind staff would be some access to a outdoor swamp cooler where they can get a bit of relief in the summer, or provided cooling towels for work. It was 100 degrees outside and felt for them as they were working so hard in the heat.
