When I arrived, all three bays were occupied with one car, waiting at another, and me waiting at the third.Later, another call pulled up next to me in the middle bay waiting. Both he and the car waiting before I got there both got taken serviced and left before I was even taken.Then the next car is it pulled up. We’re getting service before I got started.The staff should recognize who was there when and move cars around if necessary so they are serviced in order not just waiting for the one bay they were in line atThen one of my front turn signals was out and I had them replace it. It was the lower one, so not sure how she replaced it but it’s working but the very next day the bottom plastic part underneath my bumper came loose and flew off and got stuck under my tire on the freeway. I’ve had this car for over 10 years and not one issue and then the day after I get serviced this happens. It appears that it was not snapped back into place. So it had to be cut off and caused some damage but I guess I get to deal with it. so no I am not very satisfied. I have used this site/location many times for my other vehicles and have never had an issue until now.

Had a headlight out. They told me it was "in the process of going bad". The bulb was a dealer item anyway, not sure they could have replaced it anyhow and I was glad they pointed it out, but they could have just said it was out. Also, tires were overfilled going in there. They checked them but didn't adjust.I came in there for an oil change. They did that perfectly. I'll come back again.
