Immediately acknowledged and provided information about what they were going to do, how long it would take, as well as the exact cost and options. Very personable and friendly. For a job working with engines and dirty cars, every staff member was wearing pressed and as clean as possible, under the circumstances, clothing. The manager removed his cap when he approached my car. That impressed me so much. I was treated with nothing but professional and friendly service. So much nicer than the dealership where I bought the car. Everything was explained to me so there were no surprises.
