Like I told the rep......You don't have a single file lane so that cars get serviced by the order they arrived (naturally, I guessed the wrong lane so 4 cars that came in after me were serviced before me), You don't have an oil change only lane, so other items take longer....some people just want an oil change !)

We waited quite awhile because they were busy. But as we waited they backed us up and moved the person ahead of us to a different line as they should have been the next serviced. However they did not do that for us. Cars that were there after us got pulled in for service before us. A member came and told us they were almost finished with the vehicle ahead of us, it would be five more minutes. After fifteen minutes my husband asked how much longer and was told they just had to put the radiator cap on and it would be done. Took 5 more minutes to put on that cap. As it ended up we were an hour at your facility. That is not a quick oil change.
