My Sonata recently started burning oil. It has a turbo and with the millage closing in on 100,000 it needs much attention. I travel to my Mom's every two weeks for a three day stay. (Mom is 84 next month and needs extra support and love). I always drive through Valvoline for an oil check and top off if needed. My car only started using oil a couple months ago. Good to have a dependable crew and company to depend on.

I arrived late afternoon as I noticed a signal light on my dash. I turned around from ny way home, arrived at the bay band was greeted IMMEDIATELY! The staff engaged me and I asked to have synthetic oil replaced, Manager said they did not have any in stock and said that I could go to Bentonville, as their shipment to this location had not come in. I explained that I was not comfortable going to Bentonville as I had to go there the next day. I asked if my car would be okay if they used the regular oil. They assured me it would be fine. Since i had used this location previously, I felt confident with their response. Mgr was engaging and we conversed about pets (since mine was in the car with me.) As I stated, I have used this facility before and was satisfied. Staff was friendly and I was out in approx 15 minutes and able to get home before dinner. I have always been satisfied there and will continue to use it in the future.
