I had had my oil changed elsewhere many times since I last had it changed at this location. In fact after the crew was finished servicing my car, I asked the manager when was last there. He pulled the information and said it had been over a year. The last time I was there, the place was dirty, tools scattered about, workers was wearing dirty clothes of their own choosing and acted as if I had interrupted their break time and they were perturbed. I was the only customer there. What a contrast with today's visit. When I first arrived there were two cars n the bays and four cars in line. I left and came back later in mid afternoon. The place was clean and organized, the personnel were polite and efficient. All had on uniforms and looked professional. It was a first rate operation. Well spoken polite workers. I have already recommended it to one person and will not hesitate to suggest it to others. It was a pleasant experience.

I was there an hour before got in the stall. One door bay was broke but the other had a truck that was getting every service you offer. They told me it was 5 minutes per car and there were 3 in front of me. That’s 15 minutes..NOT 60 minutes. That truck was still there when I was done. They FINALLY drove him out back to finish him. Always 2 employees standing around. Guess they usually work at other bay door. Exceptionally stupid how they worked that day. I will try your location in Maumelle but if they don’t treat me the same service I am used to from your Arlington Tx location, I will not use your services ever again

I’m not sure want was going on that day. Seemed to have been staffed ok. I’ve never waited so long for a “fast” oil change in my life. I could have gone to the dealership in that wait. I don’t usually complain about waiting some- I work in service industry. But, this was pretty bad. I waited (along with others behind me) 45 min in my car - before I was acknowledged or spoken to. Another 30 min. For the oil change. The staff were pleasant when contact was made. I just don’t think that saw the urgency needed considering the cars were lined up and waiting. Typically, if it’s a long wait - someone will approach and let me know beforehand. No one was approaching them either.

I’ve never ran into issues with this location but this day wasn’t a normal day. The new gentleman that they’ve hired didn’t know about coupons nor how to scan them. He also left his oil rag on the top of my motor. Didn’t know it was there until I saw smoke coming from underneath my hood. Pulled over and took pictures of how your technician did not complete his work.

They moved me out of position to a differnt line and the line that I was in moved and finished long before I did. I was here for over an hour and once I finished, an employee backed his red truck in front of my vehicle to put air in his tires. So, after i was here for over an hour I had to wait for an employee to put air in his personal vehicle. Thankfully what appeared to be a manager asked for him to move his vehicle. This was not a good experience for me whatsoever. My husband normally bring my vehicle to get serviced but as for me I will not return to this location.

Well for starters I waited 40 minutes before entering the bay. There was a young lady in bay 1 and she had everyone’s attention. My oil change took another 40 minutes and my tire pressure was not checked, I didn’t go through the light inspection test. I also overheard the guys say that “bay 2 has an SLS” they never mentioned anything to me. When I asked what an SLS was I was told “a leak” with no further information on what was leaking. I later found out it was a bad water pump on my vehicle that was leaking after paying a mechanic $50 to diagnose the issue… could have saved that $50 had they simply told me the issue.
